The Nehemiah Project
The Nehemiah Project is MorningStar's multi-year campaign focused on the restoration and operation of the facilities at Heritage International Ministries. This campaign encompasses sponsorship and restoration of the hotel rooms, Main Street, and Conference Center facilities.
Where do the finances go?
All donations help to pay off all of the costs invested by MorningStar in the restoration of Heritage, as well as cover the daily operation of running Heritage. On average, a hotel room cost $5,000 to bring to its current operational status which took extensive electrical, plumbing, face work, linens, and man hours to open one room. MorningStar invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to open up all of the vast areas of Heritage, and you can sow into the lives of countless others by giving into the restoration that took place here. You can give towards the general work here, or pick a specific area to sponsor such as a hotel room.
Honoring Donors
Every dollar makes a difference, and we record and honor ever donor that sows into Heritage. Just as all who joined Ezra to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem were named in eternal canon Scripture, your name will be added to our Permanent Register, a record of all who joined together and sown into Heritage. Donations of $1,000 or higher will be honored in our Nehemiah’s Wall, a memorial wall we are building in honor of these gifts. For $5,000 you can sponsor a hotel room and we will name the room in your honor or as a memorial of someone you choose.

A gift of $1,000 or more will go to the general work, and you will be part of our Nehemiah Wall.

You can view available rooms to sponsor, including panoramic views, in our Interactive Maps. Floors 1-4 are in the main Hotel area and floors 5-6 are over Main Street.
