The Main Street area, originally an old-time quarter with shops and brick streets, had 24 shops on the first floor. We are bringing the shop areas back again, and they will contain what we hope to be one of the world's best children’s and youth centers. We want this to be a safe, edifying place for kids to hang out any night of the week. In the remaining shops, we have a bookstore, art gallery, and hospitality suite for our MorningStar Partners, and plan to have a sandwich shop, coffee shop, and ice cream store. This year we also relocated our School of Ministry and CSCL, our K-12 Christian School, to classrooms on the first and second floors of Main Street.

The estimated cost to restore a Main Street shop area is $25,000. If you choose to help with this project, that amount can be paid in installments.
